DAVID D. KENT
Managing Partner
Mr. Kent, CPA, has over 35 years of commercial real estate experience in mortgage banking, leasing, property management and financial reporting. Mr. Kent has been with NGP Group since 2004 and has served as a Managing Partner and a Member of the Board of Directors since 2013. Prior to NGP, Mr. Kent served as Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer of BNY Asset Solutions, an asset management business and a subsidiary of the Bank of New York and Trotter Kent, Inc. Mr. Kent also previously served as Chief Financial Officer of Walker & Dunlop, a commercial real estate company with mortgage banking, leasing and property operations.
SAMMY ELDIN
Managing Partner
Mr. Eldin has over 30 years of experience in international investments and business development in real estate, infrastructure, telecommunications and industrials. Mr. Eldin was one of the founding Principals of the NGP Group and currently serves as a Managing Partner and the Chairman of the Board of Directors. Mr. Eldin is also the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of TriCap Investments, a diversified principal investment group. In the past 15 years TriCap has structured, participated in and managed a global portfolio of investments exceeding $6 billion in real estate, power, infrastructure and industry. Prior to NGP and TriCap, Mr. Eldin served in roles at the Artoc Group, a leading multinational investment and trading firm with offices in the U.S., Europe and the Middle East, and the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Near East Affairs.
DAVID L. BIBB
Executive Vice President
Mr. Bibb has more than 40 years of experience in government leased real estate. Prior to joining NGP, Mr. Bibb held various senior level positions at the US General Services Administration (GSA), including being appointed as the Acting Administrator by the sitting President of the United States on multiple occasions. Mr. Bibb’s other roles at GSA included serving as Deputy Administrator, the top career position and one of the two key operational executive positions at GSA. Prior to being named Deputy Administrator, Mr. Bibb served several senior roles in GSA’s Office of Government-wide Policy (“OGP”) and at the Public Buildings Service (“PBS”) including serving as PBS’ Chief Operating Officer and Deputy Commissioner, the top career position at the PBS. Mr. Bibb is a recipient of the Presidential Rank Award of Distinguished Executive (the highest honor that can be given to a member of the federal Senior Executive Service), a two-time recipient of the Presidential Rank Award of Meritorious Executive, and two-time recipient of GSA Administrator’s Distinguished Service Award, GSA’s highest honor.
KIMO PHILLIPS
Senior Vice President
Mr. Phillips has over 26 years of commercial real estate experience in acquisitions, underwriting and property management and participated in more than $4.3 billion in acquisitions for several government leased real estate funds including NGP II, NGP III, NGP V and NGP VI. Prior to his involvement with NGP, Mr. Phillips was a real estate consultant and associate appraiser with international experience in real estate project finance and development.
FRAN COWAN
Vice President
Ms. Cowan has over 30 years of real estate experience in research, development, leasing and finance. Ms. Cowan is responsible for sourcing potential acquisitions including developing and maintaining the acquisition pipeline for NGP. In addition, Ms. Cowan manages the GSA leasing process, working closely with GSA contracting officers and other government leasing officials. Prior to NGP, Ms. Cowan was the founder, owner and manager of a real estate consulting firm specializing in marketing, research and development-related services with nine years of experience in project development and finance in commercial real estate.
JESSE WILBURN
Vice President
Mr. Wilburn, MBA, has over 18 years of commercial real estate experience in acquisitions, dispositions, financing and property management. For NGP’s Funds, Mr. Wilburn has participated in the underwriting of more than $3 billion of government-occupied property acquisitions.
GREG KOSH
Acquisitions Associate
Mr. Kosh has 5 years of commercial real estate experience in acquisitions, underwriting and management. Mr. Kosh participated in underwriting $330 million in acquisitions for NGP Funds.
STEVE FEFE
Vice President
Mr. Fefe has 20 years of commercial real estate experience in audit, acquisitions, banking, leasing, property management and financial reporting. Currently, Mr. Fefe manages the finance functions for NGP Funds. Prior to joining NGP, Mr. Fefe served as senior controller for a portfolio of 65 commercial real estate properties.
HEATHER WILLIS
Controller
Ms. Willis has more than 11 years of commercial real estate experience in tax and audit. Ms. Willis currently serves as controller for NGP Funds.
JAMES GRIFFIN
Director of Asset Management
Mr. Griffin has more than 27 years of commercial real estate experience in property and construction project management. Currently, Mr. Griffin is part of the new acquisitions due diligence team and manages capital and leasing related projects for NGP’s Funds.
AMY WALDRON
Director of Property Management
Ms. Waldron has over 25 years of experience in property management, leasing, construction management, asset acquisition and disposition. Her department oversees the management of 5.9 million RSF in 78 properties.
